Improvix Welcomes Lisa Fletcher as Director, DHS

RESTON, VA — October 21, 2025 — Improvix Technologies is proud to announce the addition of Lisa Fletcher as the company’s new Director, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this role, Lisa will oversee Improvix’s portfolio of DHS initiatives, leading strategic growth, innovation, and solution delivery for mission-critical federal programs.
Lisa brings more than 14 years of experience in Federal IT Program Support management. Most recently, she served as the Program Support Branch Chief for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Chief Technology Office, where she provided leadership and program execution for financial, contract, and hiring activities supporting enterprise architecture and solution development programs.
