Improvix Achieves CMMC 2.0 Level 2 Certification
RESTON, VA — August 12, 2026 — Improvix has formally achieved Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) 2.0 Level 2 certification, demonstrating its commitment to protecting Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and maintaining rigorous cybersecurity practices to safeguard critical mission assets.
CMMC 2.0 Level 2 certification establishes that Improvix has implemented the security practices required to handle sensitive information and align its cybersecurity program with the applicable requirements of the U.S. Department of War (DoW), validated by a Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO). The achievement reinforces Improvix’s readiness to support customers and partners operating within the Defense Industrial Base (DIB).
CMMC 2.0 Level 2 certification requires non-federal organizations to demonstrate implementation of the 110 security controls established by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-171 R2. Improvix’s successful certification reflects the organization’s ongoing focus on comprehensive security, risk management, and operational integrity.
With this achievement, Improvix is poised to provide mission-aligned Data & AI, Application Services, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity services to the DoW.
