Improvix Announces Promotion of Craig Baxter to Chief Operating Officer

RESTON, VA — August 27, 2026 —Today, Improvix announced the promotion of Craig Baxter to Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this expanded leadership role, Craig will oversee the company’s operational strategy and execution, supporting Improvix’s continued growth while maintaining its commitment to delivering mission-focused technology solutions to federal customers.
Craig joined Improvix as Vice President of Customer Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience supporting federal missions across organizations including the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of State. During his first six months with Improvix, Craig has played a key role in strengthening customer operations, scaling the organization, and advancing operational excellence while becoming an integral part of the company’s culture.
