Improvix Welcomes Craig Baxter as Vice President, Customer Operations

RESTON, VA — January 14, 2026 — Improvix announced today that Craig Baxter has joined the company as Vice President of Customer Operations, bringing more than 25 years of experience leading program execution, operations, and mission support across the federal civilian, law enforcement, and national security communities.

In this role, Craig will oversee program delivery across Improvix’s portfolio, with a focus on operational excellence, customer outcomes, and scalable delivery. He will work closely with program managers, technical leaders, and customers to ensure consistent, high-quality performance in support of Improvix’s continued growth.

Craig brings deep experience supporting complex federal missions, including extensive work across the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of State. Throughout his career, he has led large, multi-contract portfolios and managed hundreds of professionals delivering IT modernization, intelligence, and mission-critical operational support services.
